Justin Streiff is a Partner with Radiance Strategies. Over his career, Justin has worked with nonprofits and political entities—ranging from start-ups to large, national efforts—to help them raise more money for their cause. Justin has proven track record of assisting clients in quickly and dramatically growing their revenue. Most recently, Justin has worked with a $45,000,000+, pro-America nonprofit to double their fundraising revenue in just a single year by professionalizing the major gifts program, growing the active donor file by 4X+, realizing 2,000% ROI on house-file mail, and maintaining a profitable acquisition program while mailing millions of units annually.

Under his leadership, the Foundation for Economic Education experienced average annual growth of over 30% for five years. While leading the fundraising program for the Goldwater Institute, Justin boosted revenues by 30% in just one year, increased planned giving membership by 500%, directed a 200% increase in donor acquisition, and improved major donor retention to nearly 95%.

In the political space, Justin has directed and supported national and state-level fundraising efforts for dozens of political campaigns and entities, and also managed a U.S. Congressional campaign in 2010. Past political clients have included NRSC, NRCC, RNC, a number of state parties, and numerous state and national campaigns. Justin’s career started in the U.S. Senate, working for Senator Jon Kyl, then Republican Whip, on a number of issue areas.

To-date, Justin has been involved in raising hundreds of millions of dollars through major gifts, capital campaigns, events, grants, independent expenditures, planned giving, and direct response fundraising, including phone, digital, and mail programs.

Briana Johnson is a Senior Consultant with Radiance Strategies. Previously, Briana held multiple ascending positions at Center for Arizona Policy, an Arizona-based advocacy non-profit. Her experience spans major gifts fundraising, public speaking, high-level donor event promotion and management, media and press relations, graphic design, and content creation across a variety of platforms. Over the course of her career, Briana has launched and directed multiple initiatives to expand major-donor giving, mobilize grassroots, and streamline messaging and communications to reach new audiences. Briana is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in both Finance and Business Management and Administration.
